The walls had been freshly painted Gray and green, and I could tell they had just laid down some new floor. Miami Subs had the typical fast food look with booths, tables, and chairs. Fresh Off the Grille had brought in some new tables and chairs which reminded me of being at bayside eating Cuban food. I sat down and enjoyed some TV as I went alone.
I could see the cook in the back grilling my burger and I could also see a happy couple enjoying their company and their friend shrimp. I saw the cook finish my burger and the cashier walked over and served me my burger and fries Fresh off the grille.
I was surprised to receive the burger on a plate, but I was surprised how good it looked. I opened the burger to observe its soul. There was not only one beef patty, but there were 2 beef patties! The lettuce, tomato, onions, beef patties, and cheese were perfectly stacked in a soft fresh bun. I took a bite and was instantly in love because the meat was so real and tender. The burger did not last more than 2 minutes because I immediately devoured it. I got some ketchup and began on the fries. They were crisp and not greasy at all which was great.
My overall experience was 10 times better than the original Miami Subs brand that was there before, so I will give props to management for the complete reboot of the restaurant, and, of course, I will be coming back to try their churrasco.
Overall Thoughts:
- Friendly Staff
- Food is cooked when it's ordered
- New latin options
- Clean environment
- TV's with different channels
- Burger and fries tasted great
Rating
4 stars out of 5. Must go location!
I am not affiliated with Miami Subs or Fresh off the grille.
